Lunchtime at the St Kilda Festival, still quiet but people starting to trickle in.
The Esplanade Vaults - St Kilda Festival
Esplanade Vaults open today between 10am and 6pm at the St Kilda festival.
the vaults are located on the Lower Esplanade acroos from the St Kilda sea baths.
The vaults housed 10 shops which were closed and bricked up in the 1970's.
